I work with adults in person at my counselling and psychotherapy practice in North London.
To make appointment times as convenient as possible for you, I can arrange to meet with you in an afternoon or evening session to suit your weekly routine. I do offer you the opportunity, at no cost to you, to contact me by phone to ask questions with no obligations to commit to therapy. This conversation will allow you to find out more about me and how I work so that you have a good sense of how we can work together.
Our first session will be an assessment discussing what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I believe that honesty and trust are key qualities in a therapeutic relationship. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where together we can explore your feelings, thoughts and find a way forward.
Should you then choose to engage in therapy, we will agree an initial time frame to work towards and review your progress regularly. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
Whether you are experiencing general problems such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem or a specific problem related to trauma, relationship difficulties; bereavement or life changing circumstances, I believe that together we can support you and explore your concerns and worries so that you gain a better understanding of yourself with a sense of increased well-being.
SKYPE and PHONE THERAPY:
I also provide therapy via skype and telephone as I feel that these are mediums which suit many individuals given the demands on one's personal and professional life. Please email me for further details should you wish to receive counselling/therapy via skype/phone.
HEALING ARTS ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES
The healing arts are creative practices that promote healing, wellness, coping and personal change. There are many different forms of healing arts and all aim to promote integration of mind, body and soul so that psychological awareness, communication, emotional intelligence and spiritual wellbeing are harmonised and balanced, freeing the individual to strive towards their potential and live life to the fullest. The healing arts can complement medical treatments and also enhance self-expression, self-development and can play a key role in health. These approaches have been shown to have a positive impact on improving health, coping with illness and supporting individuals to maintain a healthy approach to their relationship with self and other.
HEALING ARTS THERAPY: £150.00 per 60 minute session
As a Personal Empowerment Coach, I am qualified in Reiki, Vortex and Crystal energy treatments. Thus, I offer bespoke energy healing therapy which is tailored to work with and focus on the specific areas that need healing within the unique make up of the individual client. This involves working at various levels (mind, body, soul) which results in dramatic transformations aiding the holistic wellbeing and emotional healing of the individual. I follow a solution focused approach in order to support my clients to manage their current difficulties, stumbling blocks and work through obstacles whilst integrating the awareness and skills they need to move toward actualising their potential.
PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT COACHING (tailored to the needs of individuals, schools, organisations and businesses):
By accessing this experience you are making the conscious decision to grow and develop the craft of being YOU! You will increase your awareness of self and others as well as improve your emotional intelligence. These skills and qualities are essential for individuals to strive towards their potential, self-actualise and live more authentically. Through this process you will develop a felt sense appreciate of your own personal wellbeing and its effect on your mental health and thus internalise the necessary life tools needed to navigate through life whilst embracing all your talents and abilities.
